Customer background:
A private enterprise (group) with more than 20 years history. The industry they are involved is extremely special because their main products are minisize bearings. The company is seeking for qualified candidates who will be appointed as a General Manager to manage one of their subsidiary companies which located in Huangjiang Dongguan. The position requirements are: candidates should have many years of experience in minisize bearing industry and top management background in Japanese-invested enterprises as well.
Service Process Recall:
After well communicating and on-site investigation, we analyze customer’s requests earnestly and finally reach agreement conclusion with them. As what we discussed with customer, we need to headhunt talents through specified channels. We targetted 6 companies in same business for talents searching after investigation and selection. It took us 6 days for searching and contacting and finally confirm that Mr Liu, Factory Director of a Japanese precise equipment company, is to be the talent we were looking for. But it was not easy to convince Mr Liu to give up his current his position to cahse another one. And he was satisfied with his job at that time because the compensation and benefits was very good. However, when Mr. Liu finally decided to start his probation work in the new company on March 10 2007 after he had been suggested to reschedule his career with strategical adjustment and had been moved by the sincerity of the new employer.
Comments:
1、Never give up until the last minutes in case you’ve found right candidates.
2、A circumspect arrangement is very important and you should utilize proper resources of the employers when you try to convince talents.
3、A suitable career programming for the talents is needed and you need to be good at making it. |
