Executive Search Service:
Search for proper candidates resorting to different channels according to client’s requirements. Utilize professional evaluation tools to select appropriate candidates and recommend to clients. Conduct follow-up service till probation is started. Then customers shall punctually pay the remaining services fees as stated previously.
◆SERVICE RANGE: For the positions with annual salary 100,000 above.
◆EXPENSES
a.20% of the annual salary will be charged for the position with an annual salary below 200, 000 RMB.
b.25% of the annual salary will be charged for the position with an annual salary from 200,000 RMB to 500,000 RMB.
c.30% of the annual salary will be charged for the position with an annual salary from 300,000 RMB to 500,000 RMB.
d.35% of the annual salary will be charged for the position with an annual salary 500,000 RMB or above.
Notes:
①annual salary=[monthly salary (based on the final appointment) +bonus (royalty, profits, shares) +allowances]*13
②20,000 RMB is the minimum charge for each single position.
◆PAYMENT TERMS:
After both parties conclude the agreement, the consigner shall pre-pay a deposit of 20% the
due fees to support the executive search at the earlier stage. Then the consigner shall pay
the remaining 80% of the due fees after the candidate selected and starts his probation work
in consigner's company.
RECRUITMENT SUBSTITUTION:
According to client's requirements for fulfill mid-high level position vacancy, we provides recruitment substitution service to clients by searching for appropriate candidates resorting to different channels. Then select and recommend to clients.
◆SERVICE RANGE: For the positions with annual salary less than 100,000.
◆EXPENSES:
15% of the annual salary will be charged for the position with an annual salary 100,000 RMB (no more than 7000/month).

② 5,000 RMB is the minimum charge for each single position.
◆PAYMENT TERMS:
After both parties conclude the agreement, the consigner shall pre-pay a deposit of 30% the due fees to support the executive search at the earlier stage. Then the consigner shall pay the remaining 70% of the due fees after the candidate selected and starts his probation work in consigner's company.
OPERATION PROCEDURES:
1. Client’s will--The client shall complete the Commissioned Table of Executive Search
Service, affix the official seal of the nterprise and then fax them to CES together with
the business license.
2. Enterprise Inspection--Make on-site inspection to the enterprise and communicate with the
relevant personnel about the company profile and position requirement.
3. Evaluation and Analysis--Make a survey and analysis of the enterprise, position and human
resource distribution and then raise proposals to the enterprise.
4. Agreement Conclusion--Through negotiations the two parties conclude the Agreement on
Chitone Executive Search Service and the commissioning party pays the deposit. After the
executive search proposal is accepted, the two sides sign the Agreement of Executive
Search Service. The client then pays agreed fees.
5. Talents Search--Search for proper candidates resorting to different channels according to
client’s requirements.
6. Selection of talent--Examine and select the appropriate candidates in the aspects of
professional skills, capability, personality, psychology and leadership.
7. Recommendation and Interview--Arrange the interview between the enterprise and the
candidates and collaborate the enterprise to select the most suitable candidates.
8. Probation Confirmation--The qualified candidate shall be put on the probation after the
interview and the remaining fees shall be paid.
9. Follow-up Services--Keep contact with both client and talent within the probation period
to strengthen co-operation between client and talent.
10. Extra Services--Invite regularly the enterprise to participate in the human resources
communication activities hold by Chitone Human Resources Chain Co., Ltd.
